What we collect

This section will list the categories of personal data collected — contact details, order history, delivery addresses, payment identifiers held by the payment processor, and analytics identifiers set with consent.

This page carries provisional copy written to build and test the page. It is not legal advice, it has not been reviewed by counsel, and it states no commitment the business has actually made. It must be replaced before launch (see S10.7).

Why we collect it

This section will state a lawful basis per category: fulfilling an order, meeting a tax or accounting obligation, and consent for anything used in marketing or analytics.

Cookies and tracking

Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after consent, and the choice can be changed at any time from the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

That behaviour is already implemented and tested (Module 13) — this section must describe it accurately once the categories are finalised.

Your rights

This section will set out access, correction, deletion and withdrawal-of-consent rights, the address to send a request to, and the statutory response time.
