Orders and acceptance

This section will state when a contract is formed — on dispatch rather than on payment — and what happens if an item turns out to be unavailable after payment.

This page carries provisional copy written to build and test the page. It is not legal advice, it has not been reviewed by counsel, and it states no commitment the business has actually made. It must be replaced before launch (see S10.7).

Pricing and taxes

This section will state that prices are inclusive of GST, that the tax rate applied is shown at checkout, and how pricing errors are handled.

Liability

Deliberately left unwritten. Limitation-of-liability wording is the clause most likely to be unenforceable if drafted by a non-lawyer, and the one most likely to matter.
