Dispatch times
This section will state the dispatch window and the cut-off time for same-day dispatch.
It must be reconciled with the courier integration (I3) before launch — the homepage benefit badges already claim same-day dispatch, and two different claims on one site is worse than one unverified claim.
Charges and free-shipping threshold
This section will state the shipping charge and the order value above which shipping is free. That threshold is also rendered by the cart's free-shipping progress bar (M7.3), so the two must be driven by the same value rather than written twice.
